Where do you ship & deliver?
We ship within the United States, excluding Alaska and Hawaii.
We do not ship to P.O. boxes. We are working on expanding these options. If you’re part of our email list, we’ll be sure to let you know as soon as it’s available.
In-stock orders are fulfilled at our distribution center in Tustin, California within 2-3 business days.
How can I track my order?
After placing an order, you should receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. You can use that tracking number to see the status of your order. Be aware that tracking can take up to 12 hours to update.
One note: tracking can take up to 24 hours to update. If you don’t receive this email within an hour of placing an order please let us know at firstname.lastname@example.org
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
We really hope you love your GIR products. But if you’re unhappy for any reason, or have changed your mind about wanting them, we’ll take them back within 30 days of delivery receipt. Returns must be unused and in original packaging. Here’s how to start the returns process:

We then will supply a pre-paid, pre-addressed postage label.
It can take up to 10 business days for us to receive and process your return. Once processed, your refund can take up to 2-7 business days to reflect on your account statement.
GIR Reusable Face Mask Kits and Filters are personal use items and, due to the unique nature of the COVID-19 pandemic, cannot be refunded, returned, or exchanged after shipment. Thanks for understanding!
What happens if my products arrived damaged?
We are so sorry about this. We design our products with lasting quality top of mind and hate to hear they weren’t delivered to that standard. Send us a note to firstname.lastname@example.org and we’ll follow up right away to help you get a replacement.
