I’m a believer

I got my baking mat after I realized just HOW much foil & parchment paper I was going through… like a lot… I fully admit I was apprehensive about the mat, but I’m here to say that it totally works!! I use it in an oven that stays cooking food at 400 degrees & have had no issues to date. It’s simple to clean, too! There is some discoloration that occurs over time from it being baked/food cooking on the mat, but that’s to be expected. I recommend trying this mat out if you’re looking to cut down on parchment paper & foil usage.

These worked well. My baking sheet was bigger than the large mats, so I used two large and one small. I baked 2 loaves of nut roll and they came out great. No sticking. Easy clean up.
