How can I change or cancel my order?

Please get in touch as soon as possible. If we are unable to change or cancel your order, we can help process a return. Simply email us at hello@gir.co.

Do you accommodate product swaps?

Once your order has been placed we are unable to add or exchange items. We apologize for the inconvenience but if you do wish to change your order please reach out and we can cancel and refund the item or items you wish to change.

Where do you ship & deliver?

We ship within the United States, excluding Alaska and Hawaii.

We do not ship to P.O. boxes. We are working on expanding these options. If you’re part of our email list, we’ll be sure to let you know as soon as it’s available.

In-stock orders are fulfilled at our distribution center in Tustin, California within 2-3 business days.

How can I track my order?

After placing an order, you should receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. You can use that tracking number to see the status of your order. Be aware that tracking can take up to 12 hours to update.

One note: tracking can take up to 24 hours to update. If you don’t receive this email within an hour of placing an order please let us know at hello@gir.co

We really hope you love your GIR products. But if you’re unhappy for any reason, or have changed your mind about wanting them, we’ll take them back within 30 days of delivery receipt. Returns are only accepted for unopened and unused items within 30 days of delivery. Here’s how to start the returns process:

To begin a return, please send a note to help@patternbrands.com.

Pattern Brands will supply a pre-paid, pre-addressed postage label. If an item is returned due to defect or through any fault of Pattern Brands, we will refund your purchase price in full. It can take up to 10 business days for us to receive and process your return. Once processed, your refund can take up to 2-7 business days to reflect on your account statement.

Face Masks

GIR Reusable Face Mask Kits and Filters are personal use items and, due to the unique nature of the COVID-19 pandemic, cannot be refunded, returned, or exchanged after shipment. Thanks for understanding!

What happens if my products arrived damaged?

We are so sorry about this. We design our products with lasting quality top of mind and hate to hear they weren’t delivered to that standard. Send us a note to help@patternbrands.com and we’ll follow up right away to help you get a replacement.

Do you offer accounts?

Not at this time. If you are a new customer, please enter your information at checkout. If you are an existing customer and have any questions about subscriptions or accounts, please email us at hello@gir.co.

How do I cancel my subscription?

We genuinely appreciate your support and should you wish to change or cancel an existing subscription, please email us at hello@gir.co.

GIR products are available at retailers nationwide and in select overseas locations. If you have any questions about purchase options please email us at sales@gir.co.
